Scientifically speaking, headaches are caused by a disturbance of the pain-sensitive structures in the head. The most common type is also known as “tension headaches.” There are three major categories of headaches: primary, secondary, and cranial neuralgias.

Migraines are noted in those with ADHD, depression, women who are pregnant, high blood pressure, eye problems, and much more. Allergies or sensitivity to things can also cause migraines. Head trauma, strokes, infections, sicknesses, and inflamed arteries are all possible causes of headaches.
