What causes Low Sex Drive?

Causes of low sex drive differ between men and women. For women, causes can be menopause, pregnancy, pain during intercourse, obesity or anorexia, illness, or psychological problems. For men, problems include alcoholism, substance abuse, obesity, anemia, hyperprolactinaemia, medication, diabetes, and low testosterone levels.

How is Low Sex Drive treated?

Low sex drive can be countered with psychological treatment, but there are also medical therapies which can reverse disorders for both men and women, dependent upon the exact cause of the disorder.
