Causes of insomnia are many, but some of the most common causes are stress, emotional or physical discomfort, medications, or depression.
How is Insomnia treated?
Some of the simplest treatments are relaxation techniques: body relaxation, mental exercises, and meditation. A healthy diet and an active lifestyle can also counter insomnia. There are also several types of medication for more severe types of chronic insomnia.
